Recruitology began life as AfterCollege, Inc., based on the founding vision of CEO Roberto Angulo. Roberto started AfterCollege while an undergraduate at Stanford. He and his management team grew AfterCollege into a successful business helping connect companies with recent college graduates seeking their first step on the career ladder.

In 2016, the media partnerships portion of the company was spun out and rebranded as Recruitology, in combination with Cross-Post, LLC. Recruitology leverages its media industry know-how and machine learning technology to help connect employers with the best job candidates.
